Welcome back to a new market update for Rockingham and Strafford counties in NH ! My name is Rania and I am a licensed realtor in NH and ME! Today, we're diving deep into the most current housing market trends to show you exactly what's happening and what it means for you.   • Inventory: Listings in March this year increased around 3% compared to last year,  This year we had 465 in March while we had 448 single families and condos in March 2023.  Offering more options for buyers
  • Prices: The median price in March 2024 was $613,500 while last year in March was $520K  an increase around  18% compared to March  2023.
  • Days on Market: The average time a home spent on the market was much less as it dropped to 9 days in March 2024 while it was 23 days in March 2023.

  • Buyers:  have More choices in general, we have high demand and that is why the average days on the market in March was around 9 days . Interest rates went to 6.8%  for Conventional loan (terms and conditions applies).
  • Sellers: Realistic pricing is key in this balanced market. Highlighting your home's unique features can attract buyers in this competitive landscape.
